We got really excited when the TOP for Seafront On Meyer was here.
From the brochures ( you can view the e-brochure from www.theseafrontonmeyerroad.com ) , we could swear it would be an amazing place. Not just the location, but the landscaping in the development, the overall ‘feel’ you get when you’re inside.
Call it a Realtor’s Instinct, if you will.
Looking into the development from the outside, you could already tell this place was worth every owner’s single cent when they bought an apartment here.
